SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 48 business hours.

All shipment will be delayed in Chinese Lunar New Year Holiday from Jan. 28th to Feb. 15th, 2022.

No shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Please understand that it may be delay if we’re experiencing a high volume of orders in some big sales like Prime Day or Christmas Sales.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

There is no any rates for orders online, we provide FREESHIPPING for all.

About delivery, it will take 2-15 business days to arrive in your destination based on different situation.

For US customers, we will ship from our local warehouse, which may take only 2-5 business day. For other countries, it will take 5-15 business days based on your location, which will be shipped from our Chinese factories directly.

It may be delay because of the virus or out of stock, we will notify in the head of this website if it happens.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Let your customers know when they’ll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. 

Please email to alferobranding@yandex.com to get the tracking number from the admin. All local orders from US, can be tracked on DHL, FedEx and more.  

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Aufero is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Aufero is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
